Telesales Executive
Job Description:
- Location: NOIDA SECTOR 62 – ONLY WORK FROM OFFICE
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
- Working Days: 6-day work week
- Timings: 9AM – 6PM
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
- Reach out to potential customers via calls to pitch products/services.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain an active database of leads on CRM and follow up consistently.
Sales & Conversions:
- Convince and convert leads into customers by effectively communicating product benefits.
- Handle objections and provide accurate information to close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Build rapport with prospects to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain follow-up schedules to ensure repeat business.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).
- Persuasive & confident selling approach.
- Ability to handle rejections & objections professionally.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
