Telesales Executive

Job Description:

  • Location: NOIDA SECTOR 62 – ONLY WORK FROM OFFICE
  • Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
  • Working Days: 6-day work week
  • Timings: 9AM – 6PM

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

  1. Reach out to potential customers via calls  to pitch products/services.
  2. Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  3. Maintain an active database of leads on CRM and follow up consistently.

Sales & Conversions:

  1. Convince and convert leads into customers by effectively communicating product benefits.
  2. Handle objections and provide accurate information to close deals.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

  1. Build rapport with prospects to enhance the customer experience.
  2. Maintain follow-up schedules to ensure repeat business.
  3. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).
  • Persuasive & confident selling approach.
  • Ability to handle rejections & objections professionally.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Target-driven & self-motivated personality.
