Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop team members’ skills.
  2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and target customers.
    • Set sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives and campaigns.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes:
    • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple

Salary:

₹26,000 CTC per month
