Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop team members’ skills.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and target customers.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
