Training and Quality Lead

Job Description:

Drive improvement initiatives that positively impact Client satisfaction & business profitability Identify areas of improvement and facilitating improvement projects which can result in significant improvement in profitability through innovative & sustainable solutions Identify process gaps & automation opportunities. 

This role calls for a Quality Professional who understands all aspects of Training & Quality performance which impacts both internal and external customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Quality control and assurance initiatives 
  2. Identifying Process Gaps and developing corrective action plans for improvement 
  3. Induction training throughput @90%+ and insightful TNI vs. refresher module 
  4. FTD / MTD / QTD / YTD business insights sharing and improvement trends 
  5. Driving regular Stakeholder Cadence Business meetings and insights 
  6. Very Strong in RCA and solution – 7QC tools efficient 
  7. Work Closely with the operations team to drive process improvement and Efficiency 
  8. Periodic Value gap identification analysis which is impacting performance and Fix 
  9. Driving Change management exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Strong 5-7 Years of experience in Transaction Quality Domain with overall 9-12 Years 
  • Certified Six Sigma Certified ( Green / Black ) 
  • Experience of handling KYC process would be an added advantage 
  • Experience in Deployment of Quality Framework from inception of Program 
  • Hands on Experience in Transactional monitoring , Root Cause Analysis and Process Mapping 
  • Very Strong Hands on experience on MS office Especially Excel, PPT, Macros – Minitab Experience would be an advantage 
  • Excellent written and Verbal Command over English language 
  • People Manager
