Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

  • Location: NOIDA SECTOR 62 (On-site/Hybrid/Remote)
  • Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
  • Working Days: Flexible 24* 7 shift, 6-day work week

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Query Resolution:

  1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support for customer inquiries.
  2. Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide product/service information and troubleshoot issues.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Build positive relationships with customers by addressing concerns professionally.
  2. Ensure customer retention by offering the best solutions.
  3. Maintain follow-up schedules for unresolved queries.

Documentation & Reporting:

  1. Accurately log customer interactions in CRM tools.
  2. Generate daily/weekly reports on customer queries and resolutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).
  • Active listening & problem-solving abilities.
  • Patience and a customer-first approach.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
